Lowongan Kerja – PT. Prima Group Merupakan Holding Company di Makassar yang menaungi 6 perusahaan di groupnya, yaitu PT. Makassar Putra Prima, PT. Makassar Mega Putra Prima, PT. Maha Prima Boga, PT.Putra Prima Hotel, PT. Maju Prima dan PT. Aptana Citra Solusindo.

Kami merupakan group perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang distributor Telekomunikasi, Perhotelahan, Café, Restaurant dan Distributor kertas.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

1.              Skill And Experience :

a.       Level Of Education : Bachelor

b.       Minimum 2 years working experience in similar post in hospitaly industry

c.       Positive attitude, service oriented, passionate, professional with dynamic personality

d.       Excellent English language skill

e.       In deep knowledge of sales principles and techniques

f.        Effective communication and negotiation skill

g.      Strong knowledge of hotel products, rates and marketing programs

h.      Ability to develop strong relationship with customers and other stake holders

2.              Responsibilities :

a.    Develop highly productive teams to maximize hotel revenue through training and develop business opportunities

b.       Actively promote the hotel in order to achieve optimal sales in various local and international markets. Set up and lead sales distribution strategic plan and develop the synergies by marking best use of Hotel resources.
